Our Cancellation policy allows for cancellations or rescheduling up to three days / 72 hours before your scheduled appointment without incurring any fees. However, cancellations or rescheduling made less than three days / 72 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee. Please be sure to notify us at least three days / 72 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any charges. Temporary cancellation, no-show on the day, and exceeding the reservation time for 15 minutes will be deemed as cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded.
